One of our three horizontal twin pallet machining centres, design for rapid part changeover and maximum productivity. Typical components are aircraft, supercharger, flowmeter, pump and other components requiring high speed production with absolute accuracy.

Twin 1000x500 mm pallets. Work envelope 1050 x 550 x 550 mm
One of seven vertical machining centres, most with 4th axis able to produce components with minimum handling and multiple setups. Typical components, cylinder heads, military parts, many smaller parts can be setup on this machine's pallets for efficient production and minimum loading time.
Miyano BNE 51S 7 axis - CNC mill turn
Twin spindles and twin turrets
Produces simple or complex small parts with up to 11 driven tools for radial or axial milling, drilling and tapping, in most cases producing turned parts without second operations being required. Barfeed to 50mm, Maximum swing 200mm. 400mm between spindles.
We have four millturn lathes able to accommodate up to 400mm dia. x 900mm b.c. with radial and axial milling/drilling and tapping in one operation.
Mitutoyo V231 - Coordinate measuring machine
Co-ordinate measurement of critical components and dimensions is carried out on our Mitutoyo V231 CMM machine with 5 micron resolution and full print out for certification.
We also offer our co-ordinate measurement service to other industrial clients on a contract basis. We also have hardness testing and surface measurement equipment with printout facilities.
